Taking a break from writing

Some of you may have noticed already, but I haven’t written a new Random finds since week 15.

Writing these Random finds is actually rather time-consuming. It’s not just the writing itself but also the reading and often rereading of all the articles and posts that form the basis for my writing. And although it sharpens my mind and helps me make all sorts of new connections, I will be taking a break from this weekly cycle of gathering “a posy of other men’s flowers,” as Michel de Montaigne called it, to get some thinking and other ‘stuff’ done.

I would like to thank you for reading my weekly curations and hope to see you again soon. In the meantime, if you want to keep track of what I am reading and thinking about, please follow me on Twitter. I will also be adding a daily piece of ‘wisdom’ to my growing collection of things that have made me stop and think.
